Construction

Our attorneys have experience representing parties in numerous types of construction disputes and claims, and in various forums for dispute resolution. We have represented public and private owners, lenders, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in various types of matters, including delay claims, defect claims, mechanics' and materialmen's lien claims, design deficiencies, payment claims, bond claims, contract interpretation, environmental issues, contractor licensing issues, bid protests and other claims relating to construction and design. We have experience in state and federal court litigation, arbitration, mediation and court administered settlement conferences, as well as cost effective representation in dispute prevention and avoidance.
