The Commercial Litigation Group is organized into several areas: Bankruptcy, Business Disputes, Construction, Financial Services and Real Estate. We also work in conjunction with attorneys in the firm’s other practice groups in providing counsel to avoid or minimize the risks faced by clients engaged in commercial endeavors.
