Che joined Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in 2011 as an associate in the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Area.

Representative Matters Include:
  • Representation of developers in the purchase and sale of commercial properties.
  • Representation of a national skilled care nursing facility in the purchase and acquisition of other skilled care nursing facilities.
  • Representation of borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loans and other financings.

A native of Clarksville, Tennessee, Che earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Che worked for the general counsel of a national non-profit community development lender. At the non-profit organization, Che assisted the general counsel in closing commercial real estate transactions.

Che also earned a M.A. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina Graduate School. Prior to law school, Che earned a B.S. in Education, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. While at the University of Tennessee, Che was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and was a Coca-Cola Honors Scholar.

In his spare time, Che coaches the Vanderbilt University's women’s club soccer team and enjoys traveling, basketball, and golf.
