Judicial Clerks Bass, Berry & Sims recognizes the value of judicial clerkships in preparing attorneys for the practice of law.  More than 25 of our lawyers served as law clerks for trial and appellate judges in both state and federal courts.  Beginning with the class of 2011, the firm will provide a $10,000 bonus and give credit for both compensation and seniority purposes to associates joining our firm directly from a federal court clerkship.
