As one of the leading firms in the Southeast, it is important that we create and maintain a talented and diverse body of attorneys within our offices. To this end, we have devoted substantial recruitment efforts to attracting and retaining those attorneys who can bring to our team approach a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences. In law school recruiting, we visit over 20 law schools and minority job fairs each fall. In our experienced attorney recruiting efforts, we seek out candidates that will add to the distinctive group of our attorney teams.
