Staff Attorneys
Our staff attorney program has evolved as an integral core of support for our main practice areas. Staff attorneys are placed on an as needed basis into a 40-hour work week schedule, and offers are determined by the Lateral Hiring Committee as with our lateral attorneys. Staff attorneys are also eligible for many of the benefits offered to our full-time attorneys, including short-term disability, paid maternity leave (three months at normal hourly rate), reimbursed CLE expenses and annual performance evaluations; however, staff attorneys are not considered for membership opportunities at our firm.
