• Partner - Corporate and Securities. We are seeking to add a lateral Corporate Partner (member) to our dynamic and growing Corporate & Securities practice. This practice group handles highly sophisticated and complex matters for clients in a wide variety of areas, including public company representation; public and private equity and debt securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions, including going private transactions; venture capital financings; corporate governance; and serving as both issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel. The successful candidate will possess the ability to assume a lead role for developing and expanding client relationships as well as successfully mentoring associates. We are seeking highly qualified candidates with eight or more years of experience in one or more of these practice areas. Significant exposure to public company representation is required.
