Lateral Attorneys

Lateral attorneys seek out our challenging and sophisticated legal practice as a way to continue to work on par with other top tier firms while enjoying the benefits of living in the more relaxed yet metropolitan atmospheres of Nashville, Memphis or Knoxville.  As a candidate moves through the interview process, members of our Lateral Hiring Committee and attorneys in the practice area in which the candidate is interested are actively involved so that the candidate receives insightful information regarding our practice and firm culture.  After joining our firm, our lateral attorneys are quickly integrated into both their practice area and the rest of our firm.  Lateral attorneys also are encouraged to become involved in our firm beyond the practice of law by becoming members of firm committees.
