Contract Attorneys
At our firm, contract attorneys are hired on an as needed basis. The amount of contract attorneys needed can vary from week to week or from project to project. Our contract attorneys are usually hired for specific practice areas, though due to the dynamic nature of the work some interaction with other practice areas may occur. Though not entitled to the benefits and time allowances offered to our full-time and staff attorneys, our contract attorneys are considered a vital part of our firm's practices and its flexible and ever-changing needs.
MEMPHIS
Our firm's Memphis office has the following position available:
- Contract or Staff Attorney - Litigation. We have an immediate need for staff or contract attorneys with 3-5 years substantive business litigation experience (securities litigation preferred). Duties will include research, drafting pleadings and briefs, document review. Interested in self-starters who are accustomed to high volume matters. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior writing ability, maturity, and good communication / interpersonal skills. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
