Brad's practice includes communicating on a frequent basis with in-house legal staff discussing and providing advice regarding strategic company decisions. He also researches a variety of corporate legal issues and advises clients based upon findings. Brad served as a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee for 2007 – 2010.

Mergers and Acquisitions: Brad provides a broad range of corporate legal services for both public and private company clients, including drafting, updating and reviewing a variety of company contracts; drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents; preparing and reviewing U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings; and overseeing the issuance and transfer of company securities.

Private Equity/Venture Capital: Brad serves as an integral team member on numerous private company transactions for both acquirers and targets by drafting and negotiating core transaction documents; leading the due diligence review process; and overseeing the transaction closing process.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad practiced with Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in Chicago. He also worked as an auditor for Arthur Anderson LLP before law school.

In 2001, Brad received his B.S. in business administration, summa cum laude, and his M.Acc. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005, where he was a member of Moot Court, received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award and was a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice.
