Brad Wood joined Bass, Berry & Sims in September 2006 as an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.  Brad's practice includes drafting, updating and reviewing a variety of corporate contracts and other transactional documents.  He also researches securities related issues and assists in the drafting of documents, such as, registration statements to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad practiced with Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in Chicago.  He also worked as an auditor for Arthur Anderson LLP before law school.

In 2001, Brad received his B.S. in business administration, summa cum laude, and his M.Acc. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  He graduated from the Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005, where he was a member of Moot Court, received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award and was on the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice.

Brad is a member of the Chicago, Illinois State and American Bar Associations.
