Bob Fleu joined Bass, Berry & Sims in August 2007 as an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.  His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and compliance with requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission (Hart Scott Rodino compliance) and "blue sky" agencies.

Most recently, Bob practiced as an associate at Pedley Zielke Gordinier & Pence, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky, where he specialized in corporate and securities law.  Prior to his time at Pedley Zielke, Bob served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Bob graduated from Transylvania University, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in political science.  In May 2000, he received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law.  As a law student he was both an associate editor and articles editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. 

Bob is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.  He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
