Nashville, Tenn., August 19, 2011 - Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is pleased to welcome new associate Che B. Mock to the firm’s Nashville office.
Che joins the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Area. His experience includes representation of developers in the purchase and sale of commercial properties, as well as borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loans and other financings. He has also assisted in the representation of a national skilled care nursing facility in the purchase and acquisition of other skilled care nursing facilities.
A native of Clarksville, TN, Che earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina Graduate School, and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Che worked for the general counsel of a national nonprofit community development lender, served as a co-chairman for the CSRI Scholarly Conference on College Sports, and he served his law school as the 1L Class President and the President of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
