Bass, Berry & Sims PLC Recognized For Superior Client Service By Corporate Counsel
The BTI Client Service A-Team 2012 report recently ranked Bass Berry & Sims, among other firms, as "rookies of the year" on its list of the top 30 firms for client services. Debuting at No. 28 on the list, Bass, Berry & Sims was ranked by corporate counsel for responsiveness, efficiency and willingness to improve.
David Rue, Chief Strategy Officer, credits the firm's client service team model.
"We have a team dedicated to making sure that things run smoothly, so the general counsel of the client company doesn't hear grumbling that [for example] our billing process is difficult to deal with," said Rue.
