Appeals Court Upholds Vanderbilt Ruling
The Tennessee Court of Appeals has affirmed a ruling in a case involving a former Ph.D. candidate who had sued Vanderbilt University for breach of contract following the termination of her graduate studies. Summary judgment had originally been granted in favor of Vanderbilt in Davidson County Chancery Court.
