Andy joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice.

A native of Memphis, Andy earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2007 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010. While in law school, he served as articles editor for the Virginia Tax Review and a Counsel for the University of Virginia’s Honor System. During the Fall of 2010, Andy worked as a Policy Analyst on the Bill Haslam for Governor campaign.
