Annie’s practice includes general litigation matters, with a focus on commercial litigation.

Commercial: Annie has assisted commercial clients in negotiating favorable resolutions to a wide range of issues relating to their individual business needs. Annie’s engagements have included resolving disputes arising from tortious interference with business relations, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, non-compete clauses and other employment contracts, transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code, shareholder litigation, insurance coverage issues, and other disputes particular to her individual commercial clients' needs.

Banking and Financial Institutions: Annie has handled a variety of matters for financial institutions, including the defense of claims related to compliance issues, matters involving trust administration, and claims on behalf of lenders to facilitate repayment and establish secure interests in collateral from borrowers.

Annie grew up in Memphis. Prior to attending law school, she spent four years as a high school teacher. After graduating from Georgetown, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jon Phipps McCalla in the Western District of Tennessee.
