Bass, Berry & Sims PLC Adds Three Associates to Nashville Office
Nashville, Tenn., July 7, 2008 – Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is pleased to announce that John R. Kirk, Erin M. Everitt and John-David H. Thomas have joined the firm’s Nashville office.
John Kirk is an associate in the firm’s Tax Practice Area. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, he was an associate at Deters, Benzinger & LaVelle in Cincinnati, Ohio. He began his career at the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration after earning his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Erin Everitt is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Erin was an associate at White & Case LLP in Washington, D.C. She received her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and earned an LL.M from the Georgetown University Law Center in securities and financial regulation.
J.D. Thomas is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, J.D. was a litigation associate at King & Spalding, LLP in Washington, D.C. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
